Our firm handles all criminal defense cases in Southern Indiana. From Criminal Trespass charges to Murder, our firm makes sure you get the best outcome possible for your case. We believe in working with our clients and their families to ensure they are updated on their pending cases.
All cases are billed on a flat fee basis for pretrial and post-conviction matters. Trials do incur a per-diem charge, which is based upon the individual case.
We do not enter a case without payment. To facilitate our clients, we accept payment plans through Affirm. If you have any questions regarding fees or payments, please call our office, and we will be able to help you.
While our firm practices mainly in Southern Indiana, we are happy to discuss any matter that is in Indiana.
Our firm does have Public Defender contracts in Knox and Scott County as a part of our commitment to help provide access to justice in Indiana.
